Brad Pitt: "I can find any drugs in 24 hours"

"I no longer use drugs, but if I wanted to, I could find of any kind in any American city in less than 24 hours." Brad Pitt has intervened so, at the Los Angeles screening of the documentary "The house I live in," recalling his opposition to the policy adopted by the U.S. government to combat trafficking and the use of narcotics.

"It 's an incredible failure even if the subject remains taboo," the actor said, explaining that "the only way to solve the drug problem is to eliminate the trafficking of money behind it." He added: "We must therefore consider the option of legalizzarne use and allow people to choose whether or not to make mistakes, treating more patients and less criminals".

Earlier this year, the Hollywood star had told him that at the end of the nineties had serious problems with drugs, probably because of his sudden stardom.
